Building Maintenance
We cover all building maintenance. Using our knowledge of the South Coast of England, we are able to correctly identify and treat problems that are unique to the area.
This includes painting and decorating, window cleaning, roofline and chimney repairs, gutter clearance and removing vegetation, repointing and brickwork, mastic removal and replacement, as well as the repair of slipped and broken tiles.
Leak Detection
Using these methods, we are able to detect leaks through brick, cladding, glazing and any roof material.
Bird Proofing
We offer a range of effective solutions for bird proofing and pest control on buildings.
We can install spiking and netting when required, as well as more discrete options such as post and wire systems for window sills and ledges.
Height Safety & Installations
Eyebolt and Mansafe – We are able to install and test in accordance with BS EN 795 and BS 7883:2019. We can load test anchors from 6kN to 25kN
.Lightning Protection – We provide installation of lightning protection systems to help safeguard buildings and structures from electrical strikes. alongside working with companies who specialise on this.
Signage and Banners – We offer safe installation of signage and banners at height, as well as Christmas and seasonal lightning.
